Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior SSOMA Supervisor for a construction site, responsible for supervising compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, conducting inspections, and supporting incident management. Key Responsibilities: 1. SSOMA regulatory compliance supervision on site 2. Conducting field safety inspections 3. Assisting in the recording and reporting of incidents and accidents We are currently looking for a **JUNIOR SSOMA SUPERVISOR** for the CAÑETE construction project, with immediate availability. Requirements: * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in SSOMA-related roles**, preferably on construction sites or projects. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health and SSOMA regulations. * Experience conducting field safety inspections and monitoring safety conditions. * Must reside in **Cañete or nearby areas**. * Immediate availability. Responsibilities: * Supervise compliance with SSOMA regulations and procedures on site. * Conduct periodic field safety inspections. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions. * Deliver basic safety talks and recommendations to personnel. * Follow up on preventive and corrective actions. * Assist in the recording and reporting of incidents and accidents. * Maintain updated SSOMA documentation and records. * Coordinate with site personnel on necessary preventive actions. * Other duties related to the position. **If interested, please send your CV to 989\-119\-420 for further information** Work Location: On-site employment
