Support in staff training and motivation **We are looking for a Junior Sales Supervisor\- Footwear Industry!** A retail footwear company is seeking a Junior Sales Supervisor to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support supervision of in-store sales teams. * Conduct monitoring and provide feedback. * .Inventory control and in-store operational support. * Ensure achievement of commercial targets. * Provide support in staff training and motivation. * Availability to perform fieldwork * Availability to travel to provinces **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (preferably in footwear or fashion) * Leadership, proactivity, and strong communication skills. * Availability to travel to provinces.
