We do not build basic websites; instead, we build custom complex systems for critical industries such as Agro-Export, Healthcare, and Retail. We are looking for our next design talent to train them as a specialist in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design. Who Are We Looking For? We are not looking for a "lone artist." We seek a logical and visual thinker — a young professional (20\-24 years old), recently graduated or in their final year, who is eager to learn how real software works and wants to transition from traditional graphic design to digital product design. Responsibilities: 1\. UI Design: Create intuitive and functional screens in Figma (your primary tool). 2\. Iteration and Improvement: Understand that software design requires versioning. You must have the resilience to iterate on a design multiple times until it meets business needs. 3\. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as the visual translator. Explain your solutions to analysts and developers (to ensure feasibility) and to clients (to help them understand the value). 4\. Research and AI: Use Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize your workflow and propose modern solutions. Candidate Profile (Requirements): * Education: Graduated or final-year student in Graphic Design or related fields. (Preferred institutions: Toulouse, UCAL, ISIL, UPC, IDAT). * Essential Tools: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto\-layout, components); familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop. * The "X Factor" (Soft Skills): o Logical Aptitude: Ability to understand complex problems and structure them (applied common sense). o Learnability: We need you to rapidly absorb knowledge about the business domain (e.g., how a clinic or an export company operates). o Communication: You must be able to justify "why" you designed something in a particular way. * Availability: o Hybrid work (based in Miraflores \+ remote). o Willingness to travel to provinces for field research and prototype presentations.
