We are currently seeking a committed and proactive **KITCHEN ASSISTANT/DISHWASHER** to support operational management. If you are passionate about gastronomy and wish to join a dynamic team, **this is your opportunity!** Main Responsibilities: * Assist in ingredient preparation and ensure tools used are promptly washed and disinfected. * Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of related areas. * Clean kitchen, refrigerators, and other equipment. * Support organization and storage tasks as needed. * Follow food safety regulations, including proper food and utensil handling and cleaning. * Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Experience in this position (not mandatory). * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, and Saturdays, 7 AM–4 PM. * Willingness to obtain a Health Certificate and Food Handler’s Certificate. * Availability to work in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho.
