Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking kitchen assistant to support the preparation of traditional Peruvian dishes while maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen. Proactive, responsible attitude with eagerness to learn We are a traditional Peruvian menu restaurant located in Surquillo, near the Angamos station of the electric train. Our restaurant specializes in traditional Peruvian dishes such as hen soup, rotisserie chicken, broasters, chaufas, beef and chicken stir-fries, among others. We seek an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who can assist us in preparing our dishes while maintaining order and cleanliness of our supplies. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients). * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen. * Collaborate in organizing supplies and proper storage of products. * Assist the head chef in dish preparation and plating. * Support basic stock control and inventory management. * Comply with food safety protocols. * Participate in general kitchen cleaning at closing time and/or shift change. **Requirements:** * Minimum (01\) year of experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants. * Knowledge of Peruvian traditional cuisine, preferably with formal culinary training. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Proactive, responsible attitude with eagerness to learn. * Strong organizational skills and attention to order details. * Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. **Benefits:** * Positive work environment, dynamic and collaborative work. * Opportunity to learn and develop professionally in the culinary field. * Competitive market-aligned remuneration. * Statutory benefits. **Schedule:** * Full-time (shift from 8am\- 5pm) * Rotating day off (1 day) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
