Develop a career in high-level hospitality in Spain **KITCHEN MANAGER – SPAIN** **A major Spanish company** is looking to hire a **Kitchen Manager** within a renowned hotel chain specializing in wellness tourism and properties rated **4 or 5 stars**. This position targets culinary professionals with experience and vocation for quality gastronomy, interested in developing their careers within the Spanish hospitality sector. Main Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate the kitchen team. * Organize and supervise daily kitchen operations. * Ensure proper preparation and presentation of dishes. * Supervise compliance with established quality standards. * Monitor correct kitchen functionality and service organization. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and prevention regulations. * Manage and supervise appropriate use of raw materials and resources. * Participate in planning and organizing gastronomic production.
