Job Summary: We are seeking a workshop assistant to support machining operations, material preparation, and equipment maintenance in geotechnical projects. Key Highlights: 1. Our multidisciplinary team ensures safe, efficient, and customized solutions for each type of soil and structure. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Operational support:** Assist the lead lathe operator in assembling and disassembling heavy components and tools on the machine. * **Basic measurement:** Support dimensional verification under the guidance of the assigned technician. * **Workshop logistics:** Prepare materials and maintain order and cleanliness of equipment and the machining area. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Graduate of a technical institute in Production Mechanics, Machine Tools, or related fields. * **Experience:** 6 months as a workshop assistant, metalworking operator, or pre\-professional internships. * **Knowledge:** Basic use of workshop tools and familiarity with metrology and safety principles. * **Condition:** Excellent physical fitness for workshop work and strong motivation to learn the trade. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits (Small Business Regime). * Market-competitive remuneration. * Development opportunities within a solid and continuously growing company. * Continuous training and an excellent working environment.
