Develop and apply risk analysis, control management, and safety measures. **IGH Group**, a company dedicated to talent search and management, is seeking a **Lead Facilitation Engineer** to support the **Material Event Control Training Service for Mine and Plant Maintenance**, delivered via in-person training. **Essential Requirements:** * Class A2B driver's license * Proficiency in **Bowtie analysis for high-potential events**. **Responsibilities** * Facilitate field workshops with experienced personnel. * Conduct control observations. * Perform field behavioral analysis based on DS 024\-2016\-EM. * Participate in service development and preparation. * Attend pre-service meetings and coordination sessions. **Requirements** **Academic Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines. **Professional Experience Requirements** * **Minimum 10 years of actual maintenance experience.
