Development of communication skills and sense of responsibility. **Arte & Arquitectura – dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of advertising items for private companies and state entities – is seeking young male candidates for the position of** Logistics and Production Assistant **on a full-time, permanent basis to join our corporate family. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Male * Important age requirement: 21–35 years old. * No prior experience required; training will be provided. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency. * Communication skills, responsible attitude, and eagerness to learn. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and importers for the production of advertising and promotional items. * Monitor production and ensure product quality. * Deliver products in optimal condition to client warehouses and offices. Shipments to Lima and provinces. * Oversee the entire process, supervise quality and production timelines. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Monthly salary: S/ 1,300\. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). * Work modality: On-site. * **Location: Av.
