Job Summary: We are seeking a university graduate professional to lead and supervise procurement, logistics, and supplier management processes, optimizing costs and ensuring regulatory compliance. Opportunities for professional development and growth **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in **Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields**. * Specialization or diploma in **Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Warehouse Management** (preferred). * Minimum of **03 years** of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain areas. * Minimum of **02 years** of experience in logistics leadership or supervisory roles (preferred). * Solid knowledge of: * Integrated logistics management * Procurement and supplier negotiation * Supplier evaluation and qualification * Inventory and warehouse control * Issuance of shipping guides and SUNAT regulations * Cost and budget control * Proficiency in **Excel at intermediate/advanced level** and ERP systems. * Basic/intermediate English (preferred). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, direct, and supervise procurement and service contracting processes. * Lead supplier search, evaluation, qualification, and strategic negotiation. * Control inventories, warehouses, and cost valuations by projects, works, and cost centers. * Supervise transportation and material distribution logistics across Lima and provinces. * Analyze logistics expenses, prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate with the accounting department on invoice submission, accruals, and payment scheduling. * Ensure compliance with SUNAT, occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental, and internal policies. * Propose continuous improvements and logistics cost optimization. * Lead and supervise logistics department personnel according to the organizational structure. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Job stability. * Ongoing training. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and remote work on Saturdays.
