Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety standards in the area **Machine Operator / Paper Production with Experience \- SJL** We are seeking top talent to join a leading industrial-sector company as a Machine Operator. Main Responsibilities: **What will be your mission in this role?** Efficiently operate slitting and rewinding machines (Slitters), performing blade setup, tension control, and guide alignment to ensure the final product meets required dimensions, centering, and customer-specified technical specifications. **What will be your main responsibilities?** **Setup and Calibration:** · Mount parent rolls and install/align cutting blades according to production order dimensions. **Process Control:** * Adjust machine speed, unwind/rewind tensions, and pneumatic arm pressure to prevent material stretching or wrinkling. · Record production data and operational incidents. · Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards in the work area. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** Minimum of **1 to 2 years as a Slitter Machine Operator** in plastic, flexible packaging, and preferably paper manufacturing companies. **What We Offer:** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation, family allowance, and health insurance). * Competitive market-based remuneration \+ overtime pay and night shift bonus. * Timely payment (biweekly and month-end). * Job stability and an excellent working environment.
