Coordination and control of telecommunications projects nationwide A prestigious telecommunications company is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee national-level projects, with the following profile: **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Technical Execution** * Execute civil works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project scope. * Interpret foundation, structural, conduit, manhole, slab, and base drawings for telecommunications infrastructure. * Supervise and carry out excavations, steel reinforcement installation, formwork, concrete pouring, backfilling, and compaction. * Verify levels, alignments, dimensions, and finishes of completed work items. * Ensure proper installation of ducts, passages, and conduits for telecommunications networks. **Personnel Management** * Organize and direct the construction workers assigned to the site. * Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance. * Supervise attendance, punctuality, and discipline of personnel. * Communicate and enforce established construction procedures. **Safety, Health, and Quality** * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Enforce mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Identify unsafe conditions and promptly report them to the site supervisor or resident engineer. * Guarantee quality of executed works and document technical observations. **Control and Coordination** * Maintain continuous coordination with the Resident Engineer or Site Supervisor. * Report daily progress of activities and field incidents. * Monitor appropriate use of assigned materials, tools, and equipment. * Support quantity surveying and material consumption control. **Documentation and Support** * Assist in photographic documentation of completed works. * Report completed, pending, and unforeseen additional works. * Provide technical support for preparation of site reports. **Third-Party Relations** * Assist in coordination with property owners, neighbors, and local authorities during works execution. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper signage at the worksite. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (technical training in civil construction preferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience * Experience in telecommunications and civil works * Willingness to work on-site (Lima and Provinces) * Full-time schedule * Immediate availability * Salary negotiable Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
