Elevadores Sudamericanos S.A.C., a company specialized in the installation, maintenance, and commercialization of lifting equipment, is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for elevators and lifting equipment. * Schedule and assign work orders among maintenance technicians. * Monitor adherence to maintenance schedules. * Coordinate technical visits, service calls, and scheduled work with clients. * Supervise the proper execution of work performed by technical staff. * Review technical reports and service records. * Track incidents, malfunctions, and client requests. * Coordinate emergency response and corrective services. * Verify compliance with safety procedures during work execution. * Maintain updated records of maintenance activities, pending services, and completed jobs. * Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Administration departments to ensure proper service delivery. * Prepare progress reports and performance indicator reports for the department. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or certified technician in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator, lifting equipment, or related maintenance. * Prior experience coordinating or supervising technical personnel. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Proficiency in basic computer applications. * Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills. * Availability to conduct coordination activities and field visits as required.
