Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Machinery Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repair, and preventive activities for equipment in plastic manufacturing industries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and maintenance of industrial machinery 2. Performance of preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Equipment management and compliance with quality standards We are looking for an **INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR**: EDUCATION: Technical diploma or graduate in industrial machinery maintenance and/or related fields TRAINING: Knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance. Knowledge of **mechanical / pneumatic maintenance / electrician**. EXPERIENCE: Minimum three (01 to 03\) years of verifiable experience in the role of **INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** within similar plastic manufacturing industries or companies / . RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise facility maintenance. · Assign and supervise equipment repairs. · Estimate time and materials required for maintenance and repair tasks. · Conduct facility inspections to identify failures and recommend appropriate repairs. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical equipment and systems. · Prepare machine maintenance reports for both preventive and corrective actions. · Document all completed work in the daily maintenance log format. · Monitor and enforce maintenance request procedures. · Estimate costs for necessary repairs. · Prepare work execution orders. · Maintain orderly equipment and workplace, reporting any anomalies. · Report maintenance and repair activities to the immediate supervisor. · Fulfill duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. · Comply with policies and standards of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015. · Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, as well as measures resulting from accident investigations in the work area. · Ensure all equipment, tools, safety gear, and materials are available and in good condition for task execution.
