Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial mechanical technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs on industrial machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Statutory benefits and additional bonuses. **Requirements:** \- Technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. \- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial plants (non-automotive). \- Knowledge of transmission systems, bearings, and lubrication. \- Ability to read mechanical drawings. \- Proficiency in using hand and electric tools. \- Availability for rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. \- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs. \- Assemble, disassemble, adjust, and align components. \- Inspect transmission systems, bearings, pumps, and motors. \- Perform lubrication according to the maintenance plan. \- Document completed work. \- Comply with Safety and 5S standards. \- Support plant shutdowns and emergency responses. **Benefits:** \- Full payroll registration under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits. \- Timely payments. \- Family allowance, as applicable. \- Additional bonuses for night shifts and overtime.
