We seek a responsible, proactive individual committed to work quality. Responsibilities * Perform tiling and finishing work. * Carry out painting tasks on various surfaces. * Perform basic electrical installations and repairs. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Ensure the good condition, cleanliness, and order of work areas. * Comply with safety regulations and established procedures. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of tiling, painting, and basic electrical work. * Immediate availability. * Responsible, proactive individual with ability to work in a team. Working Hours * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** Until noon.
