Job Summary: Operate and supervise production machinery, performing inspections, adjustments, and basic preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment in an industrial plant. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance Technician. Santiago de Surco District \- San Pedrito Industrial Park. Machine Operator and General Maintenance Main Responsibilities: Operate and supervise production machinery: sachet machine, capsule sealer, mixer, shrink tunnel, and labeler. Perform inspections, adjustments, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance on equipment. Carry out minor corrective maintenance and support resolution of mechanical and electrical failures. Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and general plant services. Identify and report incidents or failures in equipment and infrastructure. Comply with BPM, safety, and plant housekeeping procedures. Requirements: Completed secondary education or technical studies in Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in operating industrial machinery and general maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and infrastructure maintenance. Desirable experience in industrial plants, food, or nutritional supplement facilities. Responsible, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a team. Employment Type: Full-time.
