Teamwork and proactivity In Group Consultoría e Inversiones S.A.C., a company focused on real estate management services, is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN who meets the following profile: Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. Record and report all maintenance activities performed. Identify and resolve technical and general issues affecting the building. Keep maintenance schedules up to date. Collaborate with other technicians and vendors to ensure proper facility operation. Resolve and/or address various tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, and locksmithing as required. Comply with company safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: Graduate or certified technician in Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician, functional technician, or general technician. Knowledge of general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electricity. Availability to work within the districts of Barranco and Miraflores. Responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork.
