Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Die-Maker to operate and program CNC machines, perform precision machining, and maintain and repair injection molds, ensuring quality and efficiency.

**CNC DIE-MAKER \- ATE**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Graduate of a technical program in Production Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, Die-Making, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience operating CNC machines, especially CNC lathes and milling machines.
* Experience in precision machining and fitting for die-making work.
* Knowledge of machining various types of materials and steels, including quenched and tempered steel, case-hardening steel, beryllium copper, and hardened steels.
* Experience in maintenance and repair of injection molds with hot-runner systems.
* Solid knowledge of interpreting mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, exploded views, tolerances, and surface finishes.
* Knowledge of CNC programming and generation of machining toolpaths.
* Knowledge of metrology and use of precision measuring instruments.
* Willingness to work on-site in Ate.
* Availability to work during operation-defined shifts and to perform overtime when necessary.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Operate CNC lathes and milling machines for the manufacturing and repair of precision parts.
* Program CNC equipment and generate machining toolpaths according to drawings, geometries, and technical specifications.
* Interpret part drawings for machining, considering specified dimensions, tolerances, fits, and surface finishes.
* Machine parts, components, and spare parts for plastic injection molds.
* Machine parts and spare parts required for production machinery and equipment.
* Define and apply necessary tolerances for fitting inserts, cavities, cores, and other mold components.
* Select cutting tools, cutting parameters, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies based on material and part complexity.
* Perform machining operations on quenched and tempered steel, case-hardening steel, beryllium copper, hardened steels, and other materials used in die-making.
* Dimensionally inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
* Perform necessary adjustments and finishing to ensure correct assembly and proper functioning of mold components.
* Participate in the maintenance and repair of plastic injection molds, including hot-runner systems.
* Identify deviations during the machining process and implement necessary corrections to meet technical specifications.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective interventions with Production, Maintenance, or Die-Making supervisors.
* Carry out activities assigned by the supervisor or immediate manager.
* Accurately and promptly record all performed activities.
* Maintain CNC machines, cutting tools, tool holders, precision measuring instruments, and assigned equipment in good condition.
* Comply with company-established quality, safety, and occupational health procedures.
* Propose improvements to reduce machining time, increase precision, and extend mold service life.
