Position Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Mechanical Engineer to supervise and improve mechanical systems, develop technical proposals, analyze failures, and manage documentation. Cambridge HR is currently seeking an **Automotive Mechanical Engineer** to join our team at our **Huanta, Ayacucho** office. **Position Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering (professional registration and license preferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive or related industrial sector. * Proven experience in mechanical design, preventive/corrective maintenance, or technical supervision of automotive machinery. * Proficiency in automotive mechanical and electromechanical systems. * Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). * Knowledge of international technical standards (ISO, ASME, SAE). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and participate in the design, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical systems for vehicles or automotive production lines. * Develop technical proposals to improve components, materials, and mechanical processes. * Analyze failures and propose technical solutions for vehicles or automotive machinery. * Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to integrate engineering improvements. * Apply industrial safety regulations and technical quality standards. * Manage technical documentation, drawings, manuals, and maintenance procedures. * Conduct tests, simulations, or validations of automotive mechanical components. * Participate in supplier evaluation processes for parts or technical services.
