Job Summary: PALTARUMI is seeking a Metallurgical Laboratory Analyst to evaluate plant performance, conduct metallurgical tests, and propose process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze operational and metallurgical data. 2. Conduct metallurgical tests and control laboratory quality. 3. Evaluate and propose improvements to metallurgical processes. We are currently looking for (1\) **METALLURGICAL LABORATORY ANALYST** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field. * Experience in bottle testing (cyanidation and leaching tests). * Solid knowledge of Work Index and screen analysis methods. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a metallurgical laboratory or concentrator plant. * Knowledge of metallurgical testing, metallurgical balances, sampling, and process control. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Availability to work under an atypical 14x7\ schedule. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily analysis of operational and metallurgical data to evaluate plant performance and its indicators. * Execution and coordination of sampling, metallurgical testing, and laboratory quality control. * Preparation of metallurgical balances, technical reports, and management indicators (KPIs). * Monitoring of critical process variables and identification of deviations, proposing corrective actions. * Design and execution of metallurgical tests to optimize mineral recovery and processing. * Evaluation and proposal of improvements to grinding, leaching, thickening, and filtration processes. * Supervision of proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments. * Compliance with and promotion of safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality policies. **BENEFITS:** * Full company coverage of meals and accommodation (100%). * Full company coverage of work uniform laundry service (100%). * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, profit sharing, and vacation). * Insurance (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance). * Birthday Leave Day. * Commuting transportation from Barranca to Plant. **LOCATION: PARAMONGA \- BARRANCA.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you foresee any issues with the absent mobile signal at the plant?
