Job Summary: We are seeking a Metalworking Assembler Operator with experience in assembling metal structures, interpreting drawings, and coordinating teams to ensure quality and safety. A metalworking company is currently looking for a METALWORKING ASSEMBLER OPERATOR who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical graduates and/or training in metal structures * Minimum 3 years of experience assembling metal structures * Experience in the metalworking sector (Mandatory) * Knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings (Mandatory) * Willingness to travel according to project requirements * Residency in areas adjacent to Ate (Mandatory) **Employment Conditions:** * Salary commensurate with market standards * MYPE payroll regime (50% of statutory benefits) * Availability to work in the Ate district from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and execute tasks according to structural drawings. * Assemble metal structures in accordance with technical specifications. * Verify dimensional control and release assembled components for the welding process. * Supervise and coordinate with collaborating teams. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Participate in off-site work when required.
