Experience in using software, management tools, and financial tools A mining company operating in the province of Camaná requires a Mining Engineer with strategic leadership capabilities, an engineering background, and experience in mining management, as well as administrative knowledge to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The candidate must possess strong leadership, planning, data analysis, problem-solving, team management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. **REQUIREMENTS** Ø Good physical condition and health. Ø Valid driver's license (Mandatory) Ø Mining Engineer Ø Minimum 3 years of experience in mining, including some experience in related positions, and knowledge of gold mining and gold mineral processing. Ø Knowledge of administration and personnel management Ø Regulatory knowledge in mining, labor, safety, and environmental standards (ISO 45001, 14001\). Ø Proficiency in mining software, management tools (ERP, SAP, Excel), and financial tools for cost and budget analysis. Ø Knowledge, interpretation, and application of performance indicators (KPI, KPO) and costs (OPEX and CAPEX).
