Job Summary: Provide technical-operational support for underground blasting, ensuring execution, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in resolving technical issues Mission or Objective: Provide technical\-operational support for the preparation, handling, and application of blasting products in underground mining, ensuring correct execution of established procedures, compliance with safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Coordinate all tasks related to blasting activities in the blasting zone. * Report blasting operation results to the technical support team via reports. * Verify blasting before, during, and after execution to ensure compliance with established requirements. * Correctly apply technical procedures for rock blasting activities. * Conduct quality inspections of field operations and provide timely feedback to the technical support team. * Address operational supervisors’ and Enaex field team’s requirements. * Collaborate in resolving operational technical issues during rock blasting activities. * Collect customer observations regarding products and/or services and subsequently channel them to superiors. * Maintain smooth communication with peers and shift supervision to ensure continuity of operations. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in underground mining operations. * Diploma in Mining, Drilling and Blasting, or related fields. * Knowledge of underground blasting procedures, drilling and loading equipment. * National regulations on explosives and blasting accessories. * Basic handling of electronic initiation system instruments (Desirable). * Knowledge of blasting instrumentation (Desirable). * Basic proficiency in MS Office software. * Driver's license A\-IIB (Desirable). * Availability to work under mining regime.
