Growth within a solid company **Multifunctional Barista \| Sarcletti** At Sarcletti, we are currently seeking experienced Multifunctional Baristas for our branch in Santiago de Surco. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of barista experience in cafés, bakeries, or related fields * Latte art knowledge (desirable) * Experience preparing coffee and juices * Knowledge of dessert portioning * Availability to work rotating shifts and closing shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of hot and cold beverages (coffee, infusions, etc.) * Preparation of juices, fruit salads, and other area products * Preparation of ice cream and sundaes according to established recipes * Dessert portioning and display case assembly * Maintaining order and cleanliness of the work area * Supply control and rotation, as well as daily inventory updates * Supporting supply requests for the bar area * Customer service at the display counter * Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards * Other duties related to the position **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one * Full statutory benefits (general regime) * Career path opportunity * Uniform provided by the company * Covered lunch If you are passionate about the coffee industry and seek growth within a solid company, apply with us!
