Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive CATV, OTT, and IPTV Specialist with strong capabilities in platform operation, maintenance, and implementation, focused on problem resolution and goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of CATV, OTT, and IPTV platforms 2. Configuration and implementation of digital headends 3. Diagnosis and correction of faults in processing platforms We are looking for a proactive **CATV, OTT, and IPTV Specialist** with strong teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills for installing and implementing new headends, as well as a problem-solving orientation and commitment to achieving objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operation and maintenance of CATV, OTT, and IPTV processing platforms. * Configuration of equipment during reception, decoding, modulation, amplification, and transmission stages. * Responsible for implementing DIGITAL headends (antenna installation, signal reception, antenna alignment, and configuration of receivers from all providers). * Ensure proper installation and operation of FTTH networks. * Comply with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Diagnosis and correction of faults in CATV, OTT, and IPTV processing platforms. * Onboarding of new services and solutions onto the CATV, OTT, and IPTV platform. * Configuration of transmission equipment such as amplifiers, combiners, transmitters, EDFA, and ODF. * Level 1 and 2 support for end users. * Configuration of Layer 1 and 2 switches. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Network Engineering / Telecommunications. * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications companies. * Knowledge of FTTH networks and optical fiber equipment handling is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Results-oriented with commitment to meeting deadlines. * Knowledge of HFC/FTTH networks and CCNA certification. * Proactive with strong communication skills.
