Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive CATV, OTT, and IPTV Specialist with strong teamwork capabilities to operate, maintain, and implement digital headends and FTTH networks. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of CATV, OTT, and IPTV platforms. 2. Implementation of digital headends and FTTH networks. 3. Technical support and configuration of transmission equipment. We are looking for a proactive **CATV, OTT, and IPTV Specialist** with strong teamwork capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills for installing and implementing new headends, as well as a problem-solving orientation and commitment to achieving objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operation and maintenance of the CATV, OTT, and IPTV processing platform. * Configuration of equipment during reception, decoding, modulation, multiplexing, and transmission stages. * Responsible for implementing DIGITAL headends (antenna installation, signal reception, antenna alignment, and configuration of receivers from all providers). * Ensure correct installation and operation of FTTH networks. * Comply with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Diagnose and resolve faults in the CATV, OTT, and IPTV processing platform. * Introduce new services and solutions into the CATV, OTT, and IPTV platform. * Configure transmission equipment such as amplifiers, combiners, transmitters, EDFA, and ODF. * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end users. * Configure Layer 1 and Layer 2 SWITCHES. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Network Engineering / Telecommunications. * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications companies. * Knowledge of FTTH networks and fiber optic equipment handling, although not mandatory. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Results-oriented with adherence to deadlines. * Knowledge of HFC/FTTH networks and CCNA certification. * Proactive with strong communication skills.
