At **Hergon S.A.**, we are currently looking for a **Nurse** for a construction site located in **Arequipa**, who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * Minimum 2 years of experience on construction sites, including at least 1 building project (e.g., school, university, educational institution, hospital). * Residence in Arequipa **(Mandatory)** * Course or certification in Occupational Safety and Health. * Availability for on-site work **Responsibilities** * Ensure the well-being and health of our employees at the workplace. * Responsible for primary care, emergency management, and health protocol monitoring on site. * Conduct worker health surveillance. * Ensure availability of necessary equipment, tools, materials, and supplies for handling emergencies, work-related accidents, or incidents. * Monitor clinical progression, medical treatment, and physical rehabilitation of workers under Occupational Medical Surveillance. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
