Requirements * Diploma as a Nursing Technician. * Experience in clinical areas and/or surgical centers. * Knowledge of biosafety and patient safety standards. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Commitment to service, responsibility, and courteous treatment of patients. * **Mandatory: knowledge and experience in surgical instrumentation in the operating room.** Responsibilities * Assist medical and nursing staff during surgical procedures. * Prepare, organize, and control surgical instruments. * Instrument surgeries according to established protocols. * Verify proper functioning and availability of equipment and supplies. * Support patient preparation and recovery as directed by nursing professionals. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and supply of work areas. * Perform patient triage. * Comply with biosafety standards and institutional procedures. Salary: S/.1.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
