Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Operator to control and operate concentrator plant equipment, monitor operational variables, and conduct inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fault identification and maintenance coordination Our company, Compañia Minera Antapaccay, is looking for top talent to fill the position of: Process Operator Antapaccay is a copper mining operation belonging to the Glencore Group since 2013\. It commenced operations in November 2012, following several years of exploration investment aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in the province of Espinar, Cusco region, at an elevation of 4,100 meters above sea level. This operation enables us to continue contributing to the sustainable development of the Espinar province, not only by fostering the creation of direct and indirect jobs and boosting the local economy through procurement from local businesses, but also by investing in social projects targeting communities within our area of influence. Requirements University graduate or Technical professional in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Processes, or related fields. Minimum 02 years of experience in activities related to concentrator plants. Technical Knowledge 1\. Knowledge of fundamentals, ability to correctly control and operate belt overland, crushing, grinding, flotation, thickening, and filtration circuit equipment, while monitoring that operational variables remain within established parameters. Mandatory. 2\. Ability to identify and recognize air, water, and lubrication systems servicing concentrator plant equipment. Mandatory. 3\. Ability to identify components and parts, operating principles, and faults in concentrator plant equipment operation. Mandatory. 4\. Conduct equipment inspections within assigned areas and report findings to supervision for maintenance coordination. Mandatory. 5\. Start-up and shutdown of equipment in coordination with the control panel according to operational requirements. Mandatory. 6\. Start-up and shutdown of equipment before and after scheduled and/or corrective maintenance. Mandatory. 7\. Knowledge of interlocks, control loops, and alarms of concentrator plant equipment.
