Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for loading and unloading waste, following established procedures and with availability to travel to provinces. Key Highlights: 1. Monday to Saturday work schedule 2. Enrollment in payroll from the first day 3. Mental health and emotional well-being training **Main Responsibilities:** * Properly load and unload waste. * Follow established procedures. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of cargo handling and loading. * Waste Management Training. * Minimum 6 months of experience in cargo handling and loading (or related fields). * Residency in the Ventanilla area or nearby neighborhoods. * Availability to travel to provinces. (Mandatory) **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1,130 * Transportation allowance: S/25 * Work schedule \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Enrollment in payroll from the first day. * Agreements with cooperatives for personal loans. * Training on Mental Health – Emotional Well-being. * Positive work environment. **Address:** Av.
