Job Summary: Supports operational activities related to loading, unloading, and organizing materials, ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational support for loading and unloading 2. Compliance with safety protocols and proper use of PPE 3. Maintenance of a clean and orderly workplace Loading and Unloading Operator * Assist with operational tasks assigned by the Operations Department. * Perform loading, unloading, and organizing of materials or equipment (up to 20 kg). * Adhere to company-established safety procedures. * Correctly use **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. * Support fieldwork and other operational activities as required. * Report any incident, damage, or hazardous situation to the supervisor. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Base salary of **S/ 1,300**. * **Overtime pay**, as applicable. * **Performance bonuses**. * **Transportation and meal allowance**. * **Ongoing training**. * **Statutory benefits**, according to labor regime.
