We seek responsible, committed individuals with willingness to perform operational tasks while adhering to established safety procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform loading and unloading activities for materials and waste according to established procedures. * Assist in maintaining order, organization, and control of operational documentation. * Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor or immediate manager to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Reside in Ventanilla or areas near Parque Porcino. * Availability to work during one of the following shifts: * Morning shift: 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with fixed rest day on Sundays. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Monthly salary of S/ 1,300\. * Timely biweekly payments. * Special bonus of S/ 800 in June and November. * Continuous training. * Growth opportunity and career path.
