Continuous training and a positive work environment Our client, a leading company in the Telecommunications sector, is looking for the following talent: \***Office Assistant**\* **Requirements:** \- Graduate in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. \- Must reside in areas near Lince and be available for full-time work. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** \- Prepare and collect shipping guides and other dispatch documents. \- Inspect goods and execute shipments according to the daily schedule. \- Manage signatures for technical, maintenance, and operational reports. \- Schedule and monitor daily shipments. \- Manage the checklist. \- Scan documents requested by departments. \- Receive radio equipment arriving for maintenance, perform basic cleaning, and forward to the technical department. \- Register equipment intake in the database. \- Prepare equipment shipments for Lima and provinces (packaging). **Benefits:** \- Market-competitive salary with formal payroll registration under the general regime. \- Continuous training and a positive work environment. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday.
