




Job Summary: An OSH professional responsible for implementing, monitoring, and controlling safety and health programs, including risk management and training. Key Highlights: 1. Broad responsibilities in occupational safety and health (OSH) and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities** * Monitor the OSH Plan and Program. * Maintain the Legal Requirements Matrix up to date. * Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and control determination (HIRAC). * Develop risk maps, implement emergency and evacuation plans, and draft OSH Management procedures. * Conduct periodic safety inspections at field sites and offices, documenting findings and improvement proposals. * Draft, update, and manage OSH Management System documentation (policies, records, etc.). * Coordinate and deliver training sessions, inductions, and safety talks to personnel. * Verify compliance with OSH legal regulations (e.g., Law No. 29783 and its regulations, sector-specific norms, etc.). * Support internal and external OSH-related audits.
