FUNCTIONS: * Perform passenger check-in, boarding, and deplaning according to required protocols and safety regulations. * Verify that passengers possess the documentation required for their travel and report any observations to dispatch, technical crew, and cabin crew departments as appropriate. * Greet our passengers warmly, providing friendly, empathetic, and responsive service to address questions or concerns. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduates of technical or university programs in Tourism, Commercial Aviation, Hotel Administration, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in Passenger Service or related functions. * Intermediate to Advanced level English language proficiency. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts at the new Jorge Chavez International Airport.
