We are seeking top talent for the position of Payroll Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: \- University or technical graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. \- Two years of experience in this role or similar positions. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- ERP Alvisoft knowledge (desirable). \- Knowledge of labor legislation. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare, calculate, and process payroll for group companies. \- Accurately calculate bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), profit-sharing, and vacation pay. \- Review attendance records and all related updates for payroll processing, coordinating with group administrators. \- Prepare, file, and pay PLAME and AFPnet for the group within established deadlines. \- Issue pay slips and ensure their timely delivery. \- Prepare and validate monthly accruals (bonuses, CTS, and vacation pay). \- Process, issue, and analyze accounting entries generated from payroll and monthly accruals. \- Manage vacation calculations and settlement of social benefits. \- Prepare and analyze departmental performance indicators. \- Other duties related to the position.
