We are currently seeking top talent—committed, passionate, and forward-looking—for the position of **CLEANING ASSISTANT**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed secondary education. * Prior experience as an operator, cleaning assistant, or helper is desirable (but not mandatory). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday at retail stores (shopping malls) — any location (transportation costs covered). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain cleanliness in all company areas, offices, stores, restrooms, and other facilities. * Adhere to the scheduled cleaning activities. * Follow instructions and take appropriate precautions when handling acids and/or chemicals. * Dispose of garbage and other waste according to established protocols. * Monitor and use cleaning supplies efficiently. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation, EsSalud). * Timely bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Profit-sharing. * Additional transportation allowance.
