Job Summary:
We are seeking a Planning Support FSE to provide technical and economic planning support for field services, ensuring compliance with established parameters and regulations.

We are looking for a Planning Support FSE to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of technical and economic field service planning as specified in the contract/purchase order, ensuring that technical and administrative activities remain within defined parameters (dates, costs, quality, etc.) and that Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System guidelines are met.
What You’ll Do
Provide support in monitoring budget cost compliance according to parameters defined by Planning.
Provide support in understanding the ongoing proposal, including its terms, conditions, battery limits and responsibilities, and available budget.
Provide support in managing, coordinating, and tracking material resources, consumables, equipment, tools, third-party services, and facilities required for field service execution.
Provide support in tracking personnel qualification and accreditation activities, including supervision and client requirements.
Provide support in developing and tracking schedules, minutes, Gantt charts, S-curves, and other documents related to specialized field service execution.
Provide support in standardizing equipment and tool lists for specialized services, as well as managing coding.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records for equipment and tools, as well as calibration and certification of precision instruments.
Provide support in tracking detailed service scheduling, including administrative tasks and coordination across all involved departments.
Provide support in monitoring service changes and progress in coordination with the client and company work teams.
Provide support in preparing payment statements for technical assistance to be submitted to clients for billing management.
Provide support in compiling technical information, cost data (hours), and value-added service information for submission to the client.
Provide support in retrieving and validating information on hours utilized, daily reports, and consumption of materials and third-party services.
Provide support in coordinating with responsible departments regarding replenishment of consumable materials, PPEs, and necessary supplies.
Provide support in coordinating with responsible departments regarding procurement or retrieval of equipment and tools from stock.
Provide support in internal stock, inventory, and equipment/tool status control.
Provide support in reporting the status of equipment and tools post-intervention and managing respective warranties through assigned internal departments.
Provide support in updating service cost records.
Provide support in updating records of hours utilized for services.
Provide support in updating records and documentation for each service’s management.
Provide support in ensuring information integrity, availability, and traceability for internal and external audits or reviews.
Provide support in uploading information to internal shared platforms.
Provide support in analyzing information and delivering proposals for process improvements or optimizations to contribute to the Company’s continuous improvement.
Comply with all applicable labor obligations under current legislation and internal company policies, including those related to occupational safety and health—both for the company and its clients (e.g., complying with Management System regulations, SST Policy, Internal Regulations (RIT), Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (RISST), Safety Standards, procedures, as well as control measures identified in IPERC, PETS, PETAR, and ATS; using PPEs, attending scheduled trainings, reporting incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions, maintaining order and cleanliness, halting any activity posing significant risk to personnel life and health and/or the environment; complying with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, as applicable; and others).
Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor in accordance with your job role.
Who We’re Looking For
**Education:** Certificate of graduation from university programs in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of professional experience performing similar functions in project control.
**Desired Knowledge:**
Management control.
Budget management.
ERP systems such as SAP, Ellipse, or similar.
Advanced Excel.
Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency.
Intermediate English.
