**Your role at Clorox:**
The Plant Operations Leader is responsible for executing manufacturing activities and achieving production results at formulation and packaging facilities, including asset management. This position involves budget control, implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, and leadership of production personnel. The primary responsibility is to ensure that management systems and manufacturing processes are executed in strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as with targets defined in manufacturing strategies and business plans.**In this role, you will:**
* Maintain control over manufacturing operations from formulation through packaging, ensuring compliance with safety, workplace climate, quality, availability, cost, internal controls, and legal requirements.
* Ensure implementation of continuous improvement tools and methods—such as TPM—on production lines. Coordinate across various resources to develop plans, execute them, and achieve objectives.
* Guarantee production cost control and contribute to achieving cost-saving targets.
* Ensure production plan execution through clear leadership with planning and procurement areas, to guarantee product availability and maximize operational efficiency of the area, optimizing resource utilization.
* Drive team growth and development.
* Lead and promote team empowerment through a high-performance culture, personnel development, and world-class safety.
**What we look for:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience with \+10 years in manufacturing within multinational consumer goods companies.
* Proven experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
* Expertise in cost management, budget control, and internal control policies (TDC, Standard Costs, SOX).
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Leadership and influence skills, proactivity, team development, and decision-making abilities.
