Job Summary: Orus Security is seeking responsible and punctual Security Agents for surveillance, access control, and protection in Pucusana and Lurín. Key Responsibilities: 1. Protection of assets and facilities Orus Security is currently seeking Security Agents to cover services in the areas of Pucusana and Lurín. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in the security field (verifiable). * With or without a current SUCAMEC certification. * Valid police, criminal, and judicial background checks with no adverse findings. * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Availability to work rotating shifts (12 hours). * Good physical and mental health. * Ability to work under pressure and adhere to protocols. * Responsibility, punctuality, and strong sense of duty. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Experience in industrial, residential, or corporate security. * Courses or certifications in security, access control, or incident management. * Basic knowledge of entry control, patrols, and reporting. * Customer service orientation and communication skills. * Residency in Pucusana, Lurín, or nearby areas (preferred). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Pedestrian and vehicle access control. * Continuous surveillance of assigned area. * Strict adherence to security protocols. * Timely reporting of incidents and updates. * Protection of assets, facilities, and people.
