Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Analyst in construction/architecture to manage project supply chains, ensuring both technical and economic efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the project supply chain 2. Negotiate and develop the supplier portfolio 3. Maintain constant coordination with the construction team At **Qata**, we seek a **Procurement Analyst** with strong problem-solving skills and experience in the construction/architecture sector to join our Logistics team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain of our projects, ensuring technical and economic efficiency. **What will you do?** * End-to-end purchase order management and issuance of purchase orders. * Invoice status tracking and delivery follow-up. * Supplier negotiation and portfolio development (construction materials and finishes). * Preparation of comparative tables for technical and economic analysis of proposals. * Management of logistics performance reports and indicators. * Constant coordination with the construction team (including possible site visits and travel to provinces). **Mandatory Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven experience managing supplier portfolios in **Construction and Architecture** (Finishes). * **Software:** **Advanced Excel** (essential for status tracking). * **S10:** Intermediate knowledge of the **Procurement** module (knowledge of the Warehouse module is also desirable). * **Immediate availability:** To work in San Isidro. * Willingness to travel to provinces and be assigned to construction sites as required by the project. \* **Benefits** * Formal employment under a micro-enterprise payroll, with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity to participate in large-scale projects. * Clinic discounts.
