We are currently seeking to hire a **Production Assistant** who wishes to grow professionally at our plant located in **Marcona, Ica**. Position Profile * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in production, industrial plants, metal-mechanical operations, or similar roles (preferred). * Basic proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Willingness to perform operational tasks requiring physical effort. * Responsible, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills. * Must reside in Marcona, Nazca, or nearby localities. Main Responsibilities * Support manufacturing and assembly processes for valves and bolts. * Prepare materials and supplies for production. * Transport and organize materials within the plant. * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas. * Comply with safety, quality, and production standards. * Carry out tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
