We focus on delivering products and services with high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in preparing and setting up machines before operations begin. * Support the operator during the production and transformation process of Aluzinc roofing sheets. * Carry out supply, transportation, and handling of materials required for production. * Assist in sheet cutting services according to established requirements. * Support the production of Aluzinc roofing sheets of various thicknesses and dimensions. * Perform visual inspection of finished products and report any defects or anomalies. * Assist in basic quality measurements and controls during the production process. * Package, label, organize, and store finished products. * Assist in loading and unloading materials and products when required. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and assigned equipment. * Assist in proper organization of materials and finished products. * Record basic production-related information and communicate progress to the operator or supervisor. * Assist in basic cleaning and maintenance tasks for equipment, as instructed by the responsible person. * Comply with established safety rules and procedures for the production area. * Properly use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE). * Promptly report malfunctions, defects, hazards, or unsafe conditions. * Collaborate as a team to meet established goals and deadlines. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in production, warehousing, construction, metal-mechanical, or operational activities. * Preferred experience in industrial or metal-mechanical sector companies. * Availability to perform operational work and material handling. * Good physical condition. * Availability to work at required locations. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Commitment to complying with safety regulations. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Full statutory benefits – General Regime. * Overtime pay. * Bonuses, depending on position and location. * Statutory Life Insurance. * SCTR (Workers’ Compensation Insurance). * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for development and learning within the production area.
