Job Summary: We are seeking committed Production Operators to manufacture infusions and natural products, performing material receipt, preparation, and storage. Key Highlights: 1. We are a leading Peruvian industrial company specializing in the manufacturing of infusions and natural products, and we are currently looking for committed, responsible Production Operators who are eager to grow alongside our team. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Production Operator in food industry companies. * Basic knowledge of production processes and raw material handling. * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work: Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Residence in Lurín or neighboring districts (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Receive and prepare raw materials for the sterilization process. * Perform receipt, verification, and storage of materials and products. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with safety regulations. **Benefits** * Formal employment under the general labor regime from day one. * Full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, ESSALUD, etc.). * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Salary: S/ 1,300 \+ mobility bonus. * Job stability and an excellent working environment. * Opportunity for learning and development in the production plant.
