JOB OBJECTIVE To plan, coordinate, and manage the Quality Control department, ensuring compliance with quality specifications for raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished products, as well as company-established standards. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise Quality Control personnel and verify adherence to company standards. * Organize and assign Quality Control Inspector tasks according to production reports. * Provide necessary gauges and tools for quality control activities. * Coordinate and request technical information related to products under verification, such as drawings, histories, and specifications. * Process data to develop departmental management indicators. * Inspect products to authorize release in accordance with established standards. * Conduct inspections on claimed products, identify root causes, and perform internal follow-up. * Implement corrective actions for manufacturing components identified during verification. * Track non-conforming product handling until final release. * Coordinate product delivery to the Coating or Workshop department, as applicable. * Participate in management meetings to report operational results. * Coordinate weekly shipments and verify completeness of required documentation. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum **4 years of experience in production roles**. * Supervisory knowledge. * Proficiency in design software. * Knowledge of welding inspection. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork capabilities.
