Job Summary: Alicorp is seeking production operators for its biscuit plant to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards in operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area Alicorp!!! is currently recruiting PRODUCTION OPERATORS for its Biscuit Plant on a campaign basis. Requirements: - Availability to work at the Callao Plant. - Availability to work rotating shifts. - Employment period: 3 months (subject to renewal based on business needs). Responsibilities: * Promote compliance with safety regulations. * Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. * Adhere to defined quality, inspection, and operational standards for processes and/or products. * Ensure order and cleanliness of one's work area and/or equipment. * Ensure proper labeling and disposal of waste generated during the process. * Place bags onto trays. * Tray loading of biscuits. * Verify and feed packages into packaging equipment. Offered: Formal employment contract, statutory benefits, and additional recognition programs.
