Job Summary: We are seeking a professional psychology intern to ensure course quality, coordinate training activities, and provide logistical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring the quality of courses and methodological scripts 2. Coordinating and supporting room and psychologist scheduling 3. Developing innovative ideas for workshops and reports **ACADEMIC PROFESSIONAL INTERN / TRAINING DIVISION** **REQUIREMENTS** \- Psychology graduate or bachelor's degree holder (mandatory). \- Minimum 6 months of experience in educational psychology, academic services, and/or training. \- MS Excel proficiency level: Intermediate. \- Availability to work on-site in Surquillo **WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?** \- Ensuring the quality of the upcoming course (presentations and methodological scripts). \- Sending presentations and methodological scripts to assigned instructors and psychologists for trainings (at branches and/or in-house locations in Lima and provinces). \- Providing support in scheduling and coordinating training rooms at branches and/or in-house locations (Lima and/or provinces). \- Scheduling instructors and psychologists, following prior coordination with the immediate supervisor. \- Supporting training rooms according to the assigned schedule. \- Training assigned psychologists for trainings, in coordination with the Development and Training Department. \- Preparing weekly training information reports (survey tabulation and reports). \- Supporting the upload of Annex 04 into the Rainbow system. \- Developing innovative ideas to improve workshops. \- Receiving participants, verifying IDs, maintaining attendance lists, distributing manuals and exams. \- Managing break supplies for inductions, considering the induction venues. \- Organizing coffee breaks for participants. \- Ensuring order and cleanliness (vests, training room, and office). \- Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** \- Financial stipend: S/ 1,130 \- Private health insurance FOLA (Youth Labor Training Insurance). \- Paid leave of 15 days upon completing 1 year of internship. \- Pleasant working environment Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: S/.1,000\.00 \- S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
