Position Summary: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of construction, renovation, and implementation projects, providing technical and operational support for corporate growth. Multidisciplinary coordination and document management. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of construction, renovation, and implementation projects, ensuring compliance with scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Additionally, provide technical and operational support to management for sound decision-making and sustainable corporate growth. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Project Management** * Plan and execute projects from initiation through final delivery. * Develop and monitor construction schedules. * Coordinate internal staff and subcontractors. * Supervise field progress. * Control resources, materials, and equipment. * Conduct follow-up meetings with clients. * Manage minutes, deliveries, and project closures. **2\. Financial Control** * Review budgets and scopes prior to project commencement. * Identify economic and technical risks. * Justify change orders and scope expansions. * Monitor actual versus budgeted costs. * Report cost and schedule variances. * Propose improvements to enhance profitability. **3\. Operational Coordination** * Coordinate suppliers and contractors. * Manage critical project procurements. * Resolve operational contingencies. * Coordinate multidisciplinary work. * Maintain continuous communication with clients and management. **4\. Document Management** * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation. * Control valuations and reports. * Prepare weekly progress reports. * Manage photographic evidence. * Maintain digital project organization. **PREFERRED SECTORS AND EXPERIENCE** Real-world experience is highly valued in: * Corporate offices. * Renovations. * Implementations. * Retail. * Universities. * Banking. * Commercial infrastructure. * General services. * HVAC. * Electrical systems. * Drywall. * Finishes. * Industrial painting. * Structural steel. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** **Minimum Requirements** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience. * Experience leading construction or renovation projects. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Experience handling multiple concurrent projects. * Willingness to conduct frequent site visits. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Intermediate or advanced Excel. * MS Project. * AutoCAD. * Blueprint reading. * Quantity take-offs. * Cost estimation and budgeting. * Valuations. * Cost control. * National Building Regulation. * Occupational Safety and Health.
