Additionally, provide technical and operational support to management for sound decision-making and sustainable corporate growth. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Project Management** * Plan and execute projects from initiation through final delivery. * Develop and monitor construction schedules. * Coordinate internal staff and subcontractors. * Supervise field progress. * Control resources, materials, and equipment. * Conduct follow-up meetings with clients. * Manage minutes, deliveries, and project closures. **2\. Financial Control** * Review budgets and scopes prior to project commencement. * Identify economic and technical risks. * Justify change orders and scope expansions. * Monitor actual versus budgeted costs. * Report cost and schedule variances. * Propose improvements to enhance profitability. **3\. Operational Coordination** * Coordinate suppliers and contractors. * Manage critical project procurements. * Resolve operational contingencies. * Coordinate multidisciplinary work. * Maintain continuous communication with clients and management. **4\.
