Problem solving and team coordination **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the construction site. * Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and client-requested changes. * Manage the project schedule and ensure timely achievement of milestones. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals. * Supervise proper use of materials and resources. * Implement and monitor safety regulations on-site. * Resolve problems and obstacles that may arise during the construction process. * Maintain accurate progress records and prepare periodic reports. * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project supervision. * In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
